PROgrammes
SFCG has evolved over the years, with our initial focus being improving the livelihoods of women and children in the rural areas.
We then moved on to preparing selected high school students for tertiary education and are now focusing on nurturing primary students at some fishing communities in the coastal regions of Ghana.

MY DREAM
(AGAINST ALL ODDS)
My Dream focuses on providing financial aid to young and gifted girls, who, because of acute financial challenges, would be stranded on their way to acquire primary, secondary and tertiary education.

Since 2019, we have assisted some of our students with their applications to the GETFund Scholarship Programme to cover their tuition fees. Others have benefited from the generosity of individuals who approached SFCG to directly support our girls, by paying for their tuition fees, accommodation and stipends for their upkeep.
SFCG is now partnering with Black Star Excellence (BSE) to provide sponsorship to a number of students.

I MADE IT
(MENTORING AND NURTURING)
I Made It is what SFCG stands for – mentoring, nurturing and empowerment.
After going through a search and selection process, the programme takes successful candidates through different training levels where students have to justify their selection by MAKING IT to the next level.
